Thai/Vietnamese Style Recipe: 1 lbs ground beef 2 stalks lemon grass chopped thinly 2 stalks green onions chopped 1 onion chopped 6-8 thai bird chilies 4 cloves garlic chopped 10-15 button or cremini mushrooms sliced 2-3 tablespoons oyster sauce garlic salt and pepper chopped green onions and cilantro Saute beef, veggies together until cooked.
